How I think about impact
I like to discover many ways to approach a challenge, then make the work understandable enough that others can contribute. The outcome matters, but so does the capability a team builds along the way.
Impact means helping people, teams, and ideas move forward.
Build means making useful things visible, repeatable, and understandable.
Play means keeping creativity, energy, and curiosity alive.
Health means protecting the physical and mental foundation underneath it all.
Lead in a way that helps people grow beyond the task in front of them.
